Early Registration (on/or before February 13, 2015): $230.00
General Registration (from February 14 through March 6, 2015): $255.00
The registration fee includes the workshop materials, one copy of the conference proceedings, and meeting refreshments during the workshop. There will be a sponsored reception held on Wednesday, March 18 immediately following the poster session.
Optional Banquet:
Attendees are invited to attend an optional banquet on Thursday, March 19, 2015, for an additional fee of $75.
